Seth Keslow
Scarsdale native Seth Keslow brings deep expertise throughout Southern Westchester County and a client-first approach built around responsiveness, patience and strong advocacy. He is known for quickly understanding what matters most to each client and for a tenacious negotiating style that helps buyers and sellers navigate even highly competitive transactions with confidence.
Before Compass acquired Platinum Drive Realty, Seth served as Managing Director of the firm's Chappaqua office and was consistently among its top-producing agents. His team has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends as a top team in Westchester by sales volume and among the leading real estate teams in the country.
In 2014, Seth appeared as a local Realtor on HGTV's House Hunters Renovations, where he was featured helping a couple search for a home in White Plains. In 2019, he received the Five Star Agent Award in Westchester Magazine.
A graduate of Scarsdale High School and the University of Vermont, Seth combines decades of local perspective with an extensive understanding of the towns, neighborhoods and housing markets that make Southern Westchester unique.

Lauren Hurwitz
Lauren Hurwitz is widely regarded as an expert in real estate and home design. Her expertise has been featured by The Wall Street Journal, CBS News, The Real Deal, Westchester Magazine, Insider, Realtor Magazine, international broadcast media and in her “At Home with Hurwitz” column in Westchester Women Magazine.
Lauren approaches every transaction with the same care she would bring to a decision for her own family. Her highly personalized style, real-time communication and long-term client relationships are central to the way she represents both homebuyers and sellers throughout Westchester County.
Before launching her real estate career, Lauren worked at Martha Stewart, where she developed a meticulous eye for presentation, design and detail. She later became a senior media relations strategist representing major brands including Amazon, OREO and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. That background continues to shape her approach to property positioning, storytelling and marketing today.
Lauren lives in New Rochelle with her husband and two children and remains closely connected to communities throughout Westchester. She also serves as Co-Chair of the New Rochelle Families Committee for UJA-Federation of New York.

Marla Striar
Marla Striar is a lifelong Westchester resident. Born and raised in Edgemont, she brings an unusually deep understanding of the towns, neighborhoods and day-to-day lifestyle that shape Westchester County.
An excellent listener, Marla takes time to understand each client's needs and goals and is known for helping buyers and sellers feel comfortable with the process from beginning to end. Her strong communication skills and extensive local network make her an especially valuable resource for clients moving to Westchester for the first time or making a move within the county.
Before entering real estate, Marla taught middle school for 10 years. Her background as a teacher, parent and lifelong local gives her a thoughtful perspective on the many factors that go into choosing a home—not only price, space and location, but also the intangible qualities that determine whether a property and community truly feel right.
Marla lives in Rye Brook with her husband and two daughters. She earned a BA in History, cum laude, from Union College and an MA in Education with high honors from New York University.
